Brooksville - S. J. (Joe) GALLETTA is the featured artist at Easy Street Home Decor for the month of May. A wine and cheese reception will be held on Weds., May 7, 2008 from 7-9 pm in conjunction with the third "Treasure Hunt on the Hill. " Mr. Galletta has been practicing photography for over 15 years. He began converting his photo images to paintings in 2006 using Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter. His canvas is a Wacom tablet, his brush a stylus, and his paint, the ink from an Epson printer. He has exhibited in many venues including Brooksville City Hall , the Spring Hill Art League's Annual Fall Harvest of Art and through the Photographic Society of America in Baltimore, MD, earning many awards and honorable mentions locally and nationally. Joe is a member of the Spring Hill Art League, the Spring Hill Camera Club, and the Photographic Society of America.
