Market on Main

Ms. Beasley
The Market on Main Street is one of Brooksville’s most interesting monthly events.
If you’ve ever spent time abroad in Europe then you know that every weekend the town squares turn into markets for fresh produce and objects of every kind – from hand made furniture, preserves, baskets and more, to local artist artwork, antiques, books and knick-knacks of every kind. Brooksville’s Market on Main Street doesn’t happen every week – but it does happen every third Saturday of each month. Many times a musician or two are present to keep it interesting.
If you’re a vendor at the Market on Main, or someone who’s visited the Market and would like to let people know more – post it here! If you would like to BE a vendor, visit the Business Alliance Web Site at www.brooksvillebusiness.com and download the form.

Thanks to Brooksville Business Alliance and Sally Petrie for helping us with our MY BOOK bake sale fundraiser. We almost sold out of goodies and collected two full boxes of books. MY BOOK started in January as a way to distribute new and gently used books to children in Hernando County. We collect, sort and deliver books to participating child-oriented organizations for distribution. We thank BBA and Sally for their support.
You’ll find Mrs. Beasley at the Market on Main Street each month selling delicious and nutritious fresh produce. Her tomatoes are the absolute best you’ve ever eaten.
