The Brooksville Woman's Club was organized in 1910. In 1915 they purchsed the propertyat 131 S. Main Street in Brooksville.   Meetings were held in each others homes.  As the club membership increased, they grew and sold sweet potatoes to build the clubhouse which which was built in 1931.  The Brooksville Woman's Club started the first Library in Brooksville in 1918 and Finger Printing, first Christmas Parade and Christmas Fantasy of Trees.  Organizations sprang from the BWC such as the Music Club, the Garden Club, the P.T.A., and the Brownie Group.

25-30 decorated trees around the hall by organizations and venders are set up for your Christmas shopping, crafts, plants, jewelry, candles, candy, baked goods and much more. Pictures with Santa and entertainment. Food available.

December 14th, 9th Annual Historic Tour of Homes in Beautiful downtown Brooksville
3 tours 1:00- 2:00-3-00, Tickets $12.00.
